Coffee Chats
Selected applicants will be invited to partake in virtual coffee chats. We want to know more about your passions, experiences, and what would make you a great member to our community.

First Round Interview
First round interviews are conducted in groups of four in 1 hour sessions by UConsulting members. It will consist of a group case followed by a set of individual and group behavioral interview questions. We recommend you review the provided case material to prepare for this interview.

Final Round Interview
Invitees will be paired with a “buddy” from UConsulting, who will help them prepare for their Final Round Interview. Interviews are 45-minute, individual sessions with members of the executive board. It will consist of 15 minute behavioral and 30 minute case interview portions.
