The Accelerator Program
Each member of UConsulting completes the Accelerator training program throughout his or her first quarter in the organization. We designed the program to equip our interns with the skills not only necessary to be successful in consulting after college but also to be fluent in general business skills and processes.
The Accelerator training program consists of four workshops and a final group project to provide interns with real-world experience to apply their skills.

Learn the Basics
Case Analysis
Learn basic problem solving structures and how to research and quickly learn about new industries.
Excel Training
Learn how to navigate through spreadsheets quickly and learn necessary functions and shortcuts.
Presentation Skills
Learn public speaking skills, how to conduct yourself professionally, and how to present your ideas effectively.
Case Interview Prep
Learn the ins and outs of how to navigate yourself through challenging case interviews.
Final Project
Partner with a third-party organization to tackle a strategic problem with innovative solutions.
