The Project Manager and the Executive team work with our clients to discuss the expected scope of our engagement. The SOW outlines the timeline of key deliverables our clients can expect from us.

The project team devises a detailed framework that identifies possible approaches in addressing our clients’ key objectives. The framework serves to both guide our team in research and analysis and to communicate our process with our clients.

The project team conducts research through surveys, interviews with experts and relevant markets, and extensive online research to provide our clients with high-impact industry and consumer insights.

UConsulting’s Insight Group consists of a team of data science specialists working alongside our project teams to support the identification and delivery of data-driven recommendations.
